About the Job
- Control buying local materials (automotive material, Maintenance spare parts, Consumables) to secure needed resources to ensure company are supplied with the required items in proper times, good conditions and reasonable prices that to keep running production line achieving production plan.
- Cascade all policies & procedures related to local purchasing department to his subordinates.
- Searching for alternative suppliers for maintenance spare parts, consumables and Negotiation & analyze materials, spare parts, consumables prices with local suppliers to obtain the best prices.
- Manage with finance all financial problems that supplier face in order to maintain the supply of material smoothly to production lines.
- Manage supplier’s payments.
- Prepare all local purchasing reports to Top Management.
- Execute the acquisition process for plants goods in compliance with contractual conditions by suppliers.
